Roxas belittles gains from JPEPA
|
|
The Philippines has not much to lose from not
ratifying a controversial trade pact with the Japanese government,
Sen. Manuel Roxas 2nd said.
He, however, added that it is too soon to tell
if the Senate would junk the Japan-Philippine Economic Partnership
Agreement (JPEPA). A two-thirds vote of the 24-member Senate is
needed to make the agreement binding.
