|THE government should move fast
to reverse the poor rating the US Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA) gave Philippine aviation safety norms and to strengthen air
travel safeguards.
By government, we mean the
Department of Transportation and Communication and its attached
agency, the Air Transportation Office (ATO), and the Congress. The
Office of the President should take an active interest.
