BANANA 3, a TV commercial production company, in cooperation with
Burlington and 7-Eleven, will hold the 1st BANANA 3 Badminton Cup on
February 2 to 3.
The tournament, which is open to players 21
years old and above, will have competitions in the men’s, ladies
and mixed doubles in levels A, B, C, D and E.
Current and former national players and current
varsity players are excluded. Games will be played from 8 a.m. to 8
p.m. at the Centro Atletico Badminton Court located at No. 25 West
Road corner North Road, Cubao, Quezon City.
Winners will receive MP3 players, Burlington
Gift packs (inclusive of Bio-Fresh sports socks, sports towel &
foot spray), belt bags, medals, certificates and a DVD copy of the
championship match courtesy of Banana 3 Productions. Prizes from
sponsors will also be raffled off to all participants.
Part of the tournament proceeds will go to the
Philippine National Red Cross. Participants are encouraged to donate
blood at designated booths during the two-day event.
