Artist Sunshine Plata’s “L.S.D. (look, smell, discover) trip by
Caffeine,” is on exhibit at the Casino Español. On view are
Plata’s recent works using coffee as her primary medium. The
unique approach has been a long time dream of the artist who once
saw an artifact with a name signed in coffee and was amazed because
it has been preserved through the years.
For this exhibit, Plata focuses on fairies and
mythical creatures. A pre-school teacher by profession, her exhibit
is a tribute to the young minds that continuously inspire her to
follow her heart.
