THE realization of the Hacienda Escudero dream takes a step forward
with the formal blessing of the development’s pool and bathhouse
facilities.
The development, which is a partnership between

prominent Escudero family, is envisioned to be the ultimate cultural
heritage and leisure tourism destination in the country.
Landco officials and executives as well as
members of the Escudero family welcomed guests at the Great Lawn
area of the estate, where a thanksgiving mass officiated by Villa
Escudero chaplain, Rev. Fr. Severino Hernandez, was first held.
Hacienda Escudero Marketing Manager Mylene
Mendoza and Vice President for Non-seaside sales Albert Villa-Real
then led guests to the pool and bathhouse area for the ceremonial
ribbon-cutting led by CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos. He was joined by
Landco EVP and COO Francis Ceballos, Vice President for residential
resorts Jose Antonio Xerez-Burgos, Villa Escudero’s Don Ado

event were Dolores, Vice Mayor Silverio Capino of Quezon, Captain
Orlando Barsomo and other Landco officials.
Speaking for the Escudero clan, Placido said it

the same time showcase the best of Philippine culture. One hundred
