A life of leisure at WoodGrove Park in San Fernando

LEISURELY living is not just a dream anymore, but a reality for the people of City of San Fernando, Pampanga, as Landco Pacific Corp. and Central Weyland Properties formally launched WoodGrove Park recently.

“WoodGrove Park is going to be another high-quality development where leisure will be given prime importance . . . [and] whose value will go up during and after its completion,” said Landco President and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos, who led other executives and guests in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Central Weyland Properties President Leopoldo Lazatin, meanwhile, said, “It is fortunate that some members of our family have residences at Peninsula de Punta Fuego and have experienced first-hand what Landco can provide so it wasn’t difficult for us to have them as our partners.”

Mayor Oscar Rodriguez of San Fernando, the event’s special, lauded the alliance between Landco and Central Weyland as one that will contribute to raising the quality of life in Pampanga.

Mayor Oscar Rodriguez, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Regional Director Editha Barrameda, Councilor Jimmy Lazatin, and Councilor Alex Patio were warmly welcomed by Landco officials Gerard Marcelo, Landco vice president for hometown communities; Catherine Yosuico, project head for WoodGrove Park; and Monica Osero, marketing manager.
