The development will provide a panoramic vista of Manila Bay and Laguna Bay, and a scenic view of the Makati skyline with the country’s tallest skyscrapers that house business, shopping, entertainment and recreation facilities.

One to three-bedroom residences will be available starting from approximately $200,000. The building will also include two floors of Raffles spectacular penthouse apartments starting from $1.5 million.
