John Robert Powers will hold its eighth activity
entitled “Colors of Fame” on June 7, 2008, at the Carlos P.
Romulo auditorium at RCBC Plaza along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue. The
event will showcase the potentials of its students before
distinguished talent managers. JRP students will showcase their
talents in hosting, runway, fashion print, TV commercial modeling,
acting, singing and dancing. The activity enables the school to
provide its students the opportunity to make their “dreams come
true.” Popular singers Sarah Geronimo and Kyla, Sun cellular TV
commercial model Kamae de Jesus (right) and
beauty queens like Eli Nacuspag, Bb. Pilipinas 2008 2nd
runnerup (left),, are graduates of John Robert Powers. The “Colors
of Fame” is patterned after the International Modeling and Talent
Associationcompetition held in Hollywood and New York every year
where students of John Robert Powers schools in Asia and America
participate in and compete to become models, actors, dancers, hosts
