MILLENIA TOWER “TOPPING-OFF”

The Goldland Group of Companies recently celebrated a “topping off” for their Millenia Tower project located along St. Escriva Drive (formerly Amber Street) in Pasig City.  Millenia Tower is adjacent to the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) and a short walking distance from the Pasig hub of offices, buildings, hotels, restaurants, the Philippine Stock Exchange, SM Megamall and Shangri-La Plaza. The Topping-Off Ceremony signifies the completion of the building’s highest and final structural element. Millenia Tower is a 33-story world-class property with high-speed elevators and luxury studio, 1- to 3-bedroom units. Shown in the photo are (from left): Renato Uy, EVP of the Goldland Group, Mike Cosiquien, VP of Megawide Construction Corporation, Juanito Eje, Head of MHRB and Wholesale Lending Group, Francisco Basa, President of the Goldland Group, Ben Tagorda, landowner and Edward Tan, Principal Architect of Millenia Tower.
