The Goldland Group of Companies recently celebrated a
“topping off” for their Millenia Tower project located along St.
Escriva Drive (formerly Amber Street) in Pasig City.
Millenia Tower is adjacent to the University of Asia and the
Pacific (UA&P) and a short walking distance from the Pasig hub
of offices, buildings, hotels, restaurants, the Philippine Stock
Exchange, SM Megamall and Shangri-La Plaza. The Topping-Off Ceremony
signifies the completion of the building’s highest and final
structural element. Millenia Tower is a 33-story world-class
property with high-speed elevators and luxury studio, 1- to
