Pregnant Jennylyn Mercado
is working very hard

In her third trimester of pregnancy, reality show winner turned actress Jennylyn Mercado continues to work hard to make sure that she can raise her baby alone. “I want to make sure that my baby can be provided with a comfortable life, that’s why I am still working,” she says matter-of-factly.

After being “dumped” by Patrick Garcia, who was the other responsible party for this forthcoming baby, Jennylyn comes up with a rehashed CD titled Kahit Sandali, packed with songs from her two previous albums including three new tracks, “How Do I Live,” “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You” and “P.S. I Love You.”

The other interesting songs in the CD are “If I’m Not In Love With You,” “Kahit Sandali,” and “I’d Still Say Yes,” and “Moments of Love.”

“How Do I Live,” her duet with Janno Gibbs is perhaps the best track of this CD, considering that both singer’s voices blend in a wonderful, unadulterated harmony. In “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You,” Jennylyn sings with so much clarity that one will forget that she is currently on the family way. “Nothing personal about the song, I just like it very much. It’s not my song for Patrick,” she insists.

“I have long accepted that I might raise this baby alone, and I don’t really mind. I am ready,” she ends.
