SINGAPORE: Microsoft may be out
of the picture; however, Yahoo! is still not free from its
predicament, including intrigues plaguing the Sunnyvale,
California-based company—continuing hostile boardroom takeovers,
stumbling stock prices and top executives reportedly jumping ship
are among the problems the Internet giant has to face in the coming
days. Yet, despite what seems to be a never-ending internal storm,
Yahoo! appears to be in focus, and in touch with their core
business—well, at least in Southeast Asia.
