Landmark Communities, Inc., one of the country’s most brilliant
and promising real estate developer, recently unveiled its newest
project, the Mandara Waterfront Residences, the first luxurious
seaside residential condominium within the Manila Bay area.
“Nine months ago, we were looking for a
perfect place to develop after the success of our previous projects
and we chance upon this jewel in the rough.” Those were the exact
words of the president of Landmark Communities Inc., Celedonio
“Donny” Pile Jr., as he reveries the fairy-tale like beginnings
of this glorious premiere development.
This Asian-Contemporary inspired residential
condominium project is the first residential waterfront development
in Metro Manila that is 20 meters away from the sea with the
panoramic view of the coastal area and the Manila skyline. It is
nestled on a 1.4-hectare waterfront property in Asiaworld City, Brgy.
Don Galo, Parañaque City. This one of a kind jewel is made
exclusively for the privileged few, with only 216 units spread over
ten 3-4 storey walk-up type structures and two 12-storey buildings.
“We want to veer away from the usual condominium developments that
are crowded and mediocre giving the occupants a poignant nostalgia
in the end,” Pile explains.
It boasts of its spectacular location with the
great view of the famous Manila Bay Sunset and its accessibility to
major key destinations such as the Ninoy Aquino International
Airport, Makati and Manila CBD’s and establishments such as the SM
Mall of Asia, Bagong Nayong Pilipino-Integrated City Project,
hotels, churches, restaurants, schools and more. “We really wanted
to come up with a dream project, a signature project for that matter
and I believe that the property we took is cut out for what we have
all been waiting for. No one can claim that there is a waterfront
residences, which is just a few meters away from the bay area. But
more importantly, Mandara comes with the right location, right
price, right people and the perfect element,” Pile proudly
explains.
This grandeur of an event was held in the Sunset
Pavilion of the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila. The entire pavilion
was tailor fitted with the Asian-Zen theme that exudes the feeling
of elegance and sophistication that Mandara projects. Captains of
businesses and the movers and shakers of the real estate industry
were some of the guests along with the investors, clients and
sellers who witnessed the marvel that LCI offered.
“We just wanted to prove to our competitors
that we can very well compete vis-à-vis the bigger players in the
industry and at the same time offer nothing but the best not only to
our market but also to the industry,” Pile concludes.
