Landco to develop leisure resort
in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas

Landco, the premier developer of leisure communities, is set to develop a beachfront community in Laiya in San Juan, Batangas. Dubbed Playa Laiya, it is the fourth in a series of Landco’s groundbreaking seaside communities, the first three being Peninsula de Punta Fuego, Terrazas de Punta Fuego in Nasugbu, Batangas, and Playa Calatagan, in Calatagan, Batangas.

No more than three hours away from Manila, the sprawling estate will occupy a 1.5-kilometer stretch of white sand and when completed will feature a mix of commercial and residential communities. Laiya’s proximity to the capital and its accessibility via the neighboring provinces make it a prime attraction for local and foreign tourists.

Strategically located at the gateway of the Laiya coastline, Playa Laiya is envisioned to be the largest beach community and the hub of beach tourism and commercial development in the Southeastern Luzon area. It is also projected that this new development will become one of the most coveted seaside leisure residential communities in Southeastern Batangas.

This project is a joint venture between Landco Pacific Corp. and Aplaya Laiya Corp. For more information, visit www.landcopacific.com.
