Japanese firms top Clark list |
|
CLARK FREEPORT: Japanese investors dominate Clark Freeport, notes
Clark Development Corp. (CDC), the government’s estate managing
corporation for the zone.CDC reports that Japanese firms top its
list of foreign investors as of January 2008.
The report submitted to CDC President Levy P.
Laus by the CDC’s Marketing Department noted that out of the 66
foreign investors operating at the Clark Freeport, 35 companies are
run by Japanese.

Cricket 6’s 2008 inaugural tournament will be held at the Clark
Freeport on Saturday and Sunday. Often called the “game of
kings,” the game bears striking similarities with baseball.

Taiwan Dental Association
sends team to Bukidnon
|
|
BUKIDNON: Taiwan Dental Association (TDA) organized and sent a
medical team to provide free dental service to the Filipinos living
in Bukidnon in Mindanao. The medical team composed of 13 dentists
led by Dr. Hsin-Tsung Chen visited the Philippines from February 23
to 28.
