A ground-breaking ceremony was held recently to mark the launch of
“MDC 100”— a modern office building designed to international
standards. Upon completion in 2010, the MDC 100 shall rise 33 floors
above the ground and will provide 50,000 square meters of Grade A
office accommodation.
The MDC 100 has been conceptualized specifically
to meet the special needs and preferences of the world’s largest
outsourcing companies. At the same time, corporate office locators
will also find this building a suitable alternative to a CBD
location.
Colliers International has been engaged as sole
leasing agent of the MDC 100. According to Phillip Añonuevo,
director of commercial leasing, Colliers and the owners of MDC 100
are fully confident that the Business Process Outsourcing industry
will continue to grow and will be as robust in 2010 as it is today.
