Manila this April 10 |
One of Europe’s greatest rock bands Duran Duran is coming to
Manila for a one-night only concert. Get ready on April 10 as Globe
and MTV Philippines present Duran Duran’s Red Carpet Massacre Live
at the Araneta Coliseum! Catch them perform their classic hits plus
their new sound that proves that the band is not only still around,
but doing better than ever!
Duran Duran single-handedly transformed music
video from a gimmicky marketing tool into one of the music
industry’s most valued assets. With exotic locations, beautiful
girls and stunning effects, Duran Duran took the visual imperatives
of the New Romantic movement to another level. Their impact
throughout the 1980’s was such that Rolling Stone
magazine—adapting the old Beatles’ sobriquet—dubbed them
