Sister Lulu brings spiritual healing

Beginning her quest as a medium of the Holy Trinity, Sister Lourdes Hofman professes that “People must awaken and go back to the Lord.”

By turning back to the Lord, we will in turn receive “eternal and everlasting life,” she said.

“The world has become so sinful that people are forgetting there is a God—they don’t fear God and are creating sins. People must turn away from sin and come back to the ways of the Lord,” she added.

Sister Lourdes, also known as Sister Lulu, discovered that she was made as an instrument of God, 15 years ago, while she was in Sydney, Australia. “The Holy Trinity made me their medium after I accepted their task.”

Sister Lulu received the gift of healing and the gift of casting out evil spirits after she accepted the Holy Trinity to move with in her.

“My mission in life is to bring more people closer to God and for them to realize that there is a heaven and a hell, and that spiritual salvation of the soul is real,” Sister Lulu stressed.

Dominican Healing Church

From the roadside, some will wonder what the sign “All welcome and feel the presence of our Father God in this healing chapel” is all about.

These are the words that are printed on the walls of the Dominican Healing Church facing the road, a constant reminder that “all are welcome.”

Standing atop Dominican Hill, the church was constructed four years ago by Sister Lulu and her husband. The church is part of Sister Lulu’s mission of bringing the Lord closer to the people.

Aside from masses occasionally celebrated, the church also acts as a venue for Bible classes for neighborhood kids on Saturdays.

The building of the chapel was financed by the Hofman’s without soliciting any donations. It was intended to be a garage for their retirement home but because of a vision, the couple started to construct a chapel dedicated to the Holy Trinity.

Visitors in the chapel come and go, but Lulu would always remind them to do the “corporal works of mercy” and not to forget to “Think good! Be good! and do good!”
