SONATA PRIVATE RESIDENCES

A soothing space to calm the senses

By Johanna M. Sampan, Reporter

Sonata Private Residences, the much-talked about condominium development in the heart of bustling Ortigas Center, will rise exactly where the old Medical City once stood. This high-rise modern sanctuary will have two residential wings, an office building and a high-end hotel all ensconced in one huge property.

“We are allotting three years for the construction of the two residential wings of this dream project. The office phase and the luxurious hotel will follow after the residential towers are completed. We are still on the lookout of choosing which among the five star hotels will partner with us,” enthused Frederick Go, Robinsons Land president and chief operating officer.

The two residential units will each have 29 floors in addition to another 4 levels in the basement reserved for parking. The project offers one, two and three bedroom units from 37 square meters to 149 square meters in floor area, pegged at P85,000 to P90,000 per square meter.

Aside from spectacular views from four sides of the units, amenities include a 25-meter lap pool, a private theater, lounge area, KTV rooms and a gym with sauna. Wi-Fi hot spot area, multipurpose studio and a beautifully designed computer game room will also be available together with relaxing landscaped gardens. Children can enjoy the kiddie pool and playgrounds and can spend their free time on day care center exclusively for the residences. Apart from these, music will be the site’s exemplifying theme.

“We are reserving a big chunk of space for recreational facilities for the residences to enjoy. As the name connotes, these residential condominium units will have piano, guitar, drums and music rooms.” Go shared.

Indeed, this new development of Robinson’s Land Corporation will soothe the senses of its market when the project is finally completed.
