winners in the boys’ 18-under division of the Head Junior Tennis
Tour at the Rizal Memorial Tennis Center.
Pinili breezed past Aj Beltrano,
6-1, 6-0, while Lagman clobbered Clayton Lansay, 6-1, 6-0, to join
No. 1 Akio Sy No. 2 Kyle Cordero, No. 3 Kim Saraza, No. 4 Paul
Magaway, No. 5 Juan Fidel Regis and No. 6 Roman Floreza in the next
round.

over Isidore Lascuna rallied past Isidore Lascuna, 6-4, 1-6, 10-0,
Bernardine Siso outclassed Michael Jarin, 6-0, 6-1, Bryan Sabado
clobbered Jasper Tan, 6-1, 6-2, Isarel Abarquez trounced Oliver
Yngano, 6-0, 6-3, and Paolo Cansino prevailed over Kyle Parpan, 6-1,
7-5.
In the boys’ 16-under class,
top pick Kyle Cordero trounced Earl Jio Gatdula, 6-1, 6-1 to advance
against Dheo Talatayod, a 6-1, 6-2 winner over Bletchey Ricafort.
In the boys’ 14-under division,
No. 3 Enrique Ferrer beat Ellison Bingcang, 6-2, 6-1, No. 5 John
Maverick Ribaya blasted Armando Saracho, 6-0, 6-0 and No. 8 Calvin
Canlas survived Mac Mac Tolentino, 7-6 (2), 7-5 to gain second-round
berths.
