Watson Wyatt seminars focus
on better management of people

The economic slowdown in the West has brought to the forefront issues that concern the employer and the employee, ranging from salaries, to employment, and keeping the business afloat amid a challenging global financial landscape. The situation calls for better management of people and resources to ensure that companies are ready and equipped to handle the various challenges as they grow and develop their enterprises, especially in trying times like today.

Watson Wyatt, the trusted business partner to the world’s leading organizations on people and financial issues, has been offering seminars designed to address the concerns of employers and employees in the areas of performance management, rewards, compensation and talent management.

To better understand the dynamics that underlie employee movements like resignation and hiring, and how companies around the world tackle retention and rewards management, Watson Wyatt will discuss the findings of its 2007/2008 Global Strategic Rewards Survey in two separate briefings—on May 22 at the Discovery Suites in Ortigas, Pasig City, and on June 11 at the Marriott Hotel in Cebu City.
