1 of 2 Filipino families rates
self as ‘poor,’ says SWS
|
|
One of two Filipino families considers itself as
poor, the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) 2008 first quarter
survey found out.
The self-rated poverty figure of 50 percent in
the latest poll conducted over March 28 to 31 is slightly higher
than the 46-percent outcome in the previous SWS survey conducted in
the last quarter of 2007.
