Thoroughly implement the ARMM law

Most non-Muslim Filipinos who are concerned about social justice and how to make the Philippines a happier and more prosperous country agree that the majority of our Moro brothers and sisters must be given all the help possible to rescue them from poverty, to raise their educational level and improve their health and longevity.

The main objective of the creation of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) is in the final analysis to bring the blessings of good health, progress, education and prosperity to our Muslim compatriots in the ARMM provinces. It’s a great shame, which can only be blamed on the national government as well as the ARMM’s regional and local government officials, that these foundational goals of the ARMM have not been substantially achieved 12 years after the FPA was signed.
