ZAMBOANGA CITY: Muslim rebels
failed to reach an agreement on their next move regarding stalled
peace talks with the government.
The
rebels from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) held a caucus
over the weekend about the suspended negotiations but fell short of
arriving at a consensus.
