LEGAZPI CITY: The Public Works and Highways Task
Force formed to facilitate and speed up projects in the Second
District of Albay has failed once again in the implementation of a
P5 million school building project.
Tony Arroyo, an aide of Rep. Al Francis Bichara
(Albay, second district) said the congressman has denied there was a
P5 million school building project in his Task Force saying it was a
Department of Education project to be implemented by the DepEd
itself.

while four handguns and two fragmentation grenades were recovered in
