Senate budget
insertions total P3.9B – Ping |

Reporter
Sen. Panfilo Lacson said Friday
he had spotted congressional insertions in the 2008 budget totaling
P4 billion, of which P3.9 billion came from the Senate.
“There is nothing wrong with
insertions per se. What is wrong is if the insertion was made to
increase one’s commission,” he said in a phone patch interview
with Senate reporters.
