President to speak at UN
|
|
President Gloria Arroyo is pushing through with her planned trip
to the United States next week to address the opening of the 63rd
United Nations General Assembly.
Malacañang announced this month that President
Arroyo was canceling her US trip so she can attend to the pressing
matters in the country, particularly the security situation in
Mindanao.
