Police in rubout case snub probe |
|
THE thirty eight members of Task Force RCBC snubbed Thursday the
Department of Justice’s preliminary investigation on the multiple
murder charges filed against them.
The charges stemmed from the killing of Vivencio
Javier, former barangay captain of Barangay Pagaspas, Tanauan,
Batangas and Angelito Malabanan and Rolando Lachica, both members
of the barangay security force, all of whom the Batangas police
claimed were suspects in the RCBC robbery-massacre case.
