Former NTC chief in alleged ‘midnight’ deal |
|
FORMER National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Commissioner
Ponciano “Jacky” Cruz Jr. was accused of irregularly granting a
lucrative television satellite “midnight license” to a
broadcasting media company where he turned out to be a stockholder
and a board member.
This was disclosed during the investigation of
the House of Representatives on the anomalies surrounding the
transfer of congressional franchises.
