Travelers go places with ‘Mad About Travel’ 

 
THE Travel Club and Rajah Corp. presented travelers with the best reasons to once again go places during the recent Mad About Travel, a three-day event that offered today’s “Marco Polos” great deals on luggage, bags and travel accessories and the best and most exciting travel packages in some of the most thrilling destinations here and abroad.

Held at the Primer Star, The Travel Club’s new office building, the event was graced by top executives of The Travel Club, headed by Primer Group of Companies chairman Thomas Lim, Uniglobe Travelware Co. Inc. president Jimmy Thai and Rajah Travel Corp. president Aileen Clemente.

According to The Travel Club’s VP for marketing and sales Me-Ann Santos, the event is a showcase of the best offerings from The Travel Club, which was recently installed into the Philippine Retailers Association’s Hall of Fame as the Most Outstanding Filipino Retailer (medium category), and resources to please even the most passionate and discriminating travelers.

“The Travel Club and Rajah Travel Corp. share ra common platform—travel—and this event gave us the opportunity to offer incremental value-added services to each other’s loyal customers,” said Santos.

The event, she added, was held in keeping with The Travel Club’s commitment to constantly provide Filipinos with the best travel solutions by offering not only top quality luggage, bags and travel accessories but also the highest levels of customer service.

For her part, Clemente said Mad About Travel was the ideal vehicle to launch Rajah’s offerings for the second half of the year: “Like The Travel Club, Rajah, is an enable of travel and our objective is to provide for needs of the traveler and help them make a successful journey.”
