World Ten Ball Championship kicks off

MARLON MANALO thinks the “called shot” rule in the World Ten Ball Championship fits his game.

The “called shot” rule requires a player to tell the referee the shot he intends to make. Failure to pull off the called shot is equivalent to a foul.

“I like to make my own luck,” he said on the eve of the biggest pool competition in the world this year.
