President urged to oppose ‘Cha-cha’ moves |

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) on Wednesday
urged the House of Representatives to push for programs that will
speed up economic recovery rather than prioritize moves to hasten
Charter change or “Cha cha.”
“We are experiencing one of the most severe
economic crises since World War II and we should focus our energy
addressing this issue,” PCCI President Edgardo Lacson said
Wednesday during the weekly Fernandina Forum.
