Gunmen shoot dead Comelec registrar in North Cotabato town

ZAMBOANGA CITY: Unidentified motorcycle gunmen shot dead an Commission on Elections (Comelec) officer in a broad daylight attack Wednesday in North Cotabato, police said.

Police said Francisco “Frank” Micutuan, Comelec officer of Tulunan town, was ambushed at about 3.15 p.m. in the village of Buayan in M’lang town.
