PACQUIAO-HATTON COUNTDOWN

Early KO by ‘PacMan’ just a play of words

LAS VEGAS: Trainer Freddie Roach said on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila) that he is quite confident that his prized fighter Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao will stop British world junior welterweight champion Ricky Hatton, probably in the middle or late rounds.

“Ricky is a great, strong fighter,” said Roach in an interview at the Mandalay Bay Casino Resort where Pacquiao and his training team is billeted, about half a mile from the MGM Grand Arena. “But Manny will find a way to knock him out before the 12th round.”
