BACOLOR, Pampanga: A Pampanga board member who is bruited about as
the probable running mate of Sen. Lito Lapid in 2010 has been
accused of rape by a high-school student.
In a sworn statement submitted to the Office of
the City Prosecutor, City of San Fernando, Marian (not her real
name), 16, of this town, accused Pampanga Third District Board
Member Johnny “JQ” Quiambao of raping her on at least two
occasions which resulted to her pregnancy.
