Ruby Rose killers face raps

Officials find probable cause in murder case, says DOJ source

The Department of Justice (DOJ) found probable cause to indict for murder, a non-bailable offense, the prime suspects in the grisly killing of Ruby Rose Barrameda-Jimenez, a source told The Manila Times.

Ruby Rose’s decomposing body was found stuffed inside a cemented steel container that was dumped off the coast of Navotas in Manila Bay.
