Sports body, Cojuangco trade barbs

COMMISSIONER Eric Loretizo of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC)
slammed the accusations made by Philippine Olympic Committee
President Jose ‘Peping’ Cojuangco Jr. on the delay of the
athletes’ allowances for the First Asian Martial Arts Games in
Thailand.
Reacting furiously on Cojuangco’s radio
interview on Monday morning, Loretizo, who served as
commissioner-in-charge in the event, said that the Philippine
delegation received their respective allowances just in time.
