Viloria defends IBF title vs. Mexican

Brian Viloria stakes his International Boxing Federation (IBF) light-flyweight crown against Mexican challenger Jesus Iribe in a 12-round championship bout at the Blaisdell Center in Hawaii, vowing to come home to the Philippines a champion.

Villoria (25-2 with15 knockouts), known as the “Hawaiian Punch,” said he knows what it takes to beat Iribe (15-5, 9 KOs) and keep his title that he won against Ulises Solis on April at the Araneta Coliseum.
