Viloria outboxes Iribe to retain IBF crown

Oozing with so much confidence, Brian “The Hawaiian Punch” Viloria did not disappoint his hometown fans as he whipped Mexican challenger Jesus Iribe Sunday to retain his International Boxing Federation (IBF) light flyweight title.

The Honolulu-born Viloria, who improved to 26-2 win-loss card with 15 knockouts, displayed massive punching power to score a unanimous decision against Iribe before a crowd of around 3,000 at the Blaisdell Center Arena in Honolulu Hawaii.
