This upcoming Valentines, it’s not enough to afford a fancy restaurant to woo your lady. To display your culinary panache, urbane skills and domestic sophistication, one needs to cook a dinner easy enough to allow cool conversation, witty repartee and heartfelt revelations over the kitchen counter yet remarkably delectable enough to satiate the object of one’s affections.
