Realtors bury hapless Elasto Painters

DEFENDING champion Sta. Lucia Realty showed no sign of relinquishing the title as they pulled off a 101-84 rout over Rain or Shine, Wednesday to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three quarterfinal series of the 34th Philippine Basketball Association-KFC Philippine Cup at the Araneta Coliseum.

Nelbert Omolon fired a game-high 30 points, while Joseph Yeo added 26 to lead the Realtors fiery offense from start to finish en route to the big win, their eighth against only two losses against the Elasto Painters since 2006.
