SC justice rejects allegations linking him to ‘leak’ |

Retired Ruben Reyes wrote court decision upholding
disqualification of Negros Oriental Rep. Limkaichong
|
|
NEWLY-retired Associate Justice Ruben Reyes of the Supreme Court
(SC) vehemently denied Tuesday that he deliberately leaked the
Court’s decision that he wrote upholding the disqualification of
Rep. Jocelyn Limkaichong of Negros Oriental for not being a natural
born Filipino citizen.
At the same time, Reyes said he was willing to
be investigated, as well as his staff, by the SC’s three-man probe
panel to determine if his office was the source of the leak.
