Be pro-active, drop

Random drug testing of high
school students, according to Education Secretary Jesli Lapus, will

will not be subjected to humiliation. Apparently, the Department of
Education (DepEd) people and teachers involved in choosing the
students at random will keep their mouths shut. They will invent,
for the other students to swallow, reasons why some of them are
being asked to march to the clinic or the principal’s office.

I don’t understand what the big fuss over the

about and listen to. When people speak of them, it’s as if
they’re the only offenders in world.
