German foundation pledges to help peace process in South

Konrad Adenauer Stiftung wants to complement government efforts

COTABATO CITY: A German foundation would vigorously pursue in 2009 its activities complementing the Mindanao peace process, according to its official.

Klaus Preschle, the country representative of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) on Thursday said that through the Institute for Autonomy and Governance (IAG), the foundation through its political education thrusts has aimed at empowering the Southern Mindanao communities politically and governance-wise.
