Ginebra favored to
grab finals lead |
|
By Frank Calapre Correspondent
WITHOUT Danny Ildefonso and Marc
Pingris, it will be a walk in the park for the Ginebra Kings when
they battle the San Miguel
Beermen on Sunday in Game 3 of the
best-of-seven championship series
of the 2009 PBA-Motolite Fiesta Conference at the Araneta Coliseum.
The 6’5” Ildefonso and
6’3” Pingris, who combined for 20 points in the Beermen’s
95-78 win in Game 2, were meted with a severe one game suspension by
Commissioner Sonny Barrios for involving themselves in an
altercation with a Ginebra fan after the match on Friday at the Big
Dome.
