PSC scored anew for meddling in sports affairs

THE Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) said on Monday that the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) has no right to interfere in the selection process of the national athletes.

Joey Romasanta, spokesperson of the POC, reminded the PSC that it is the responsibility of the national sports associations (NSAs) and the POC to choose national athletes who will compete in international tournaments like the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, World Championships, Asian Games and Olympics.
