MILF helps rescue Korean-Chinese kidnap victim

 
COTABATO CITY: The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) reportedly helped in the rescue on Saturday night of a Korean-Chinese kidnap victim at the Liguasan Marsh where massive operations took place along the boundaries of the towns of Salipada K. Pendatun, Paglat, and Pagalungan in Maguindanao province, as well as in the municipalities of M’lang and Tulunan in Cotabato province.

Mafen Wo, 24 years old Korean (also identified as Afen Ma from Fujian, China) was abducted by unidentified gunmen at Atchan Enterprises located along University of Southern Mindanao Avenue in Poblacion, Kabacan, Cotabato on Wednesday afternoon in broad daylight.
