Grand Vistas as seen through the lenses

Nature has always awed men since time immemorial. Its spellbinding beauty has inspired many a poet’s scrawls, and many a heart’s songs of love. It has been the subject of many painters’ and photographers’ masterpieces, and it will always be so, as long as the eye remains faithful to its purpose of appreciating beauty.

In the recently concluded Baler Buena Vista General Landscape Photography Contest, photographers yet again paid tribute to the beauty that is nature, particularly Baler, as it was made the subject of the competition. Expectedly, the resulting photographs were so powerful they did not only appeal to the eyes but also to the soul, weaving in different emotions that could inspire even the feeblest poet to weave poetic lines.
