CRIMINAL charges were filed Monday against cosmetic surgeon Dr.
Vicki Belo and two others in connection with the controversial sex
video of actress-model Katrina Halili with Belo’s boyfriend, Dr.
Hayden Kho.
Halili, Maria Katrina Iren Pe Halili in real
life, included in his complaint—Kho’s ertswhile friends,
businessman Eric Chua and Dr. Mark Herbert “Bistek” Rosario.
The Department of Health (DOH) on Monday submitted to the Senate
oversight panel the ceiling price for essential medicines as
determined by the department and the Department of Trade (DTI).
