COTABATO CITY: Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) Regional
Governor Datu Zaldy Uy Ampatuan on Monday witnessed the turnover of
all the assets and manpower of the dissolved Shariff Kabunsuan
province to the Province
of Maguindanao.
Ibrahim Ibay who was the acting governor of
Shariff Kabunsuan, whose position was also dissolved after the
Supreme Court, ruled with finality that the creation of the said
province as unconstitutional, initiated the emotional turnover in
the presence of the ARMM regional governor.
