PROMINENT cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicky Belo on Monday named
businessman Erick Chua as the one responsible for the unauthorized
copy and distribution of the sex video of Dr. Hayden Kho with
prominent actresses and models.
In the counter affidavit she submitted before
the Department of Justice panel of prosecutors, Belo also sought the
dismissal of the charges filed against him by actress Katrina Halili
for violation of Republic Act 9262, the law on violence against
women and children.
